Role Description The Retail Sales Associate role at ZUDIO TATA Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. In this role, the associate greets customers, understands their needs, and assists with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, replenishing stock, handling basic store housekeeping, and supporting visual merchandising guidelines. The role also involves processing sales at the checkout counter, managing returns or exchanges in line with store policies, and promoting ongoing offers and new arrivals.



The associate collaborates with the store team to meet sales targets, follow operational procedures, and uphold ZUDIO’s standards for customer service and store presentation. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and support store revenue goals.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with shoppers, address queries, and manage concerns professionally.
• Candidates should possess good Product Knowledge to explain features, sizes, and styling options, and to guide customers in making purchase decisions.
• Basic numeracy and POS operation skills, including handling cash, digital payments, and billing systems, are beneficial.
• Prior experience in retail or fashion stores is an advantage, though motivated entry-level applicants may also be considered.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts (weekends, holidays), and collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail or customer service is a plus.
