The institution launched postgraduate (MD/MS) programs across multiple disciplines. Role Description: The Operations Team Members' will support daily hospital and college operations by coordinating activities across departments, ensuring smooth workflows, and helping maintain service standards. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling and resource allocation, monitoring operational processes, preparing basic reports, and supporting implementation of operational policies and procedures. The role involves collaborating with clinical,



administrative, and support teams, addressing operational issues promptly, and contributing to continuous process improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Durgapur, requiring regular presence within the hospital and academic facilities.

Qualifications:
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with clinical, administrative, and support teams and to document processes clearly.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with hospital or healthcare operations, proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, spreadsheets), and solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in operations or healthcare settings is an advantage.
