We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 2D & 3D Exhibition Stall Designer who can handle end-to-end design requirements, including exhibition stall design, stage design, branding, promotional creatives and print-ready artwork. The candidate should have a strong understanding of both graphic design and spatial design, with the ability to transform client briefs into visually appealing concepts, detailed drawings and realistic 3D renders. Responsibilities:

• Design Conceptualization & 3D Modeling: Conceptualize and design creative, innovative and functional exhibition stalls and trade show booths.
Create 3D models, detailed layouts and realistic renders of exhibition stalls.
Design stage setups, backdrops, conference stages and event spaces.
• Client Consultation & Branding: Meeting with clients to understand their objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience, ensuring the final design communicates the brand story effectively.
• Technical Planning & Drafting: Producing detailed, to-scale drawings, floor plans, and technical specifications for fabrication, including lighting, structural, and electrical requirements.
• Project Management & Budgeting:



Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to in office assembly, dismantling, and managing costs to keep the project within budget.
• Graphic Design & Visuals: Design large-format graphics, banners, signage and digital screen creatives.
Create branding materials, backdrops and other promotional designs.
Have good knowledge of printing processes, materials, colours, sizes and print-ready file preparation.
• Collaboration & Logistics: Working closely with production teams, contractors, and client servicing teams to ensure timely installation and high-quality fabrication. Required
