• Budget: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities
• Drive Impact: Oversee and scale our Five Impact Missions, ensuring seamless program implementation, outreach, and measurable beneficiary outcomes.
• Financial & Donor Stewardship: Manage project budgets, financial utilization, rigorous CSR compliance, and comprehensive donor reporting.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture high-value relationships with funders,
institutional partners, educational institutions, and government bodies.
• Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams with empathy, operational rigor, and a shared passion for social positive. What We Are Looking For
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Commerce/Economics, Education, Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in development sector project management or CSR initiatives.
• Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary projects and diverse teams.
