Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with payroll and expense tracking. The role involves supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, preparing basic financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with external auditors or consultants when needed,



and contribute to process improvements within the finance function. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in general accounting principles, including journal entries, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
• Ability to handle accounts payable and receivable, billing, invoicing, and cash flow tracking in an organized manner.
• Experience preparing financial statements, basic management reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Working knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to industrial or manufacturing businesses.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing is an advantage.
• Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and capacity to maintain well-structured financial records.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with operations, sales, and management teams on financial matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an added benefit.
• Ability to work in office full time, manage multiple priorities, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
