Role Description We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager – SEO to manage and strengthen relationships with our SEO clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The person will act as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal SEO team, ensuring that client requirements are clearly understood, SEO activities are executed as planned, performance is regularly communicated, and client expectations are effectively managed. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of SEO and digital marketing, along with strong client communication, account management, coordination, and presentation skills. While this is not a hands-on SEO execution role, the candidate should be comfortable discussing SEO strategies, keyword performance, website traffic, rankings, technical SEO recommendations, content requirements, backlinks, and overall campaign performance with both clients and the internal SEO team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned SEO clients. Act as the primary bridge between clients and the internal SEO team. Understand each client's business, industry, target audience, competitors, marketing objectives, and SEO goals. Conduct client onboarding meetings and ensure requirements, expectations,



deliverables, timelines, and KPIs are clearly documented. Coordinate with SEO specialists, content teams, developers, designers, and other internal teams to ensure timely completion of SEO activities. Understand and communicate SEO strategies including keyword targeting, on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimisation, local SEO, link-building, and website optimisation. Monitor campaign progress and ensure agreed SEO activities and deliverables are completed according to schedule. Review SEO performance reports before presenting them to clients. Conduct monthly and periodic client review meetings to discuss:
• Organic traffic performance
• Keyword ranking movements
• Search visibility
• Leads and conversions
• Website performance
• Content performance
• Technical SEO improvements
• Competitor performance Upcoming SEO priorities and recommendations Translate SEO data and technical information into clear, simple, business-focused insights for clients. Set realistic expectations regarding SEO timelines, ranking improvements, traffic growth, and campaign outcomes. Proactively identify campaign challenges and coordinate with the SEO team to develop appropriate solutions. Follow up with clients for required approvals, website access, content inputs, development changes, and other campaign dependencies. Maintain accurate documentation of client discussions, meeting notes, action items, approvals, and campaign requirements. Ensure client queries, concerns, and escalation points are addressed promptly and professionally. Monitor overall client satisfaction and work towards improving account retention. Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional SEO, website, performance marketing, content, social media, or other digital marketing services where relevant. Participate in internal SEO review meetings and ensure client priorities and business objectives are clearly communicated to the delivery team.
