Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with health insurance companies to obtain quotations.
• Compare health insurance quotations based on premiums, coverage, benefits, exclusions, and policy terms.
• Communicate with insurance company representatives for quotation follow-ups, clarifications, and negotiations.
• Negotiate premiums and coverage terms to obtain competitive quotations for customers.
• Prepare quotation comparison sheets and present suitable options to customers.
• Coordinate with customers to understand their health insurance requirements and clarify policy-related queries.
• Follow up with customers and insurance companies to ensure timely quotation submission and closure.
• Maintain quotation records, customer details, and follow-up trackers.




• Coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable health insurance solutions. Required Skills
• 1–2 years of experience in health insurance, insurance broking, or quotation coordination.
• Knowledge of health insurance policies, premiums, coverage, and benefits.
• Good customer coordination and relationship management skills.
• Robust communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quotation comparison preparation.
