The Senior Manager – Corporate Leasing will be responsible for driving corporate leasing transactions, developing new business opportunities, managing corporate client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires robust knowledge of the Delhi NCR commercial real estate market, the ability to manage end-to-end leasing transactions, and relationships with corporate occupiers, developers, landlords, and other industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Generation  Achieve assigned quarterly and annual leasing and revenue targets.  Generate recent corporate leasing opportunities through networking, referrals, market outreach, and existing relationships.  Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate leasing requirements.  Identify opportunities across office, commercial, industrial, and other relevant asset classes.  Develop relationships with new corporate clients and generate repeat business from existing accounts. 2. Corporate Client Relationship Management  Build relationships with corporate occupiers, MNCs, business owners, administration teams, facility teams, and key decision-makers.  Understand client requirements including location, area, budget, specifications, timelines, and commercial expectations.  Manage assigned corporate and key accounts.  Maintain regular client communication from requirement generation through transaction closure.  Deliver a professional and solution-oriented client experience. 3. Leasing Transactions & Closures  Manage end-to-end corporate leasing transactions from requirement identification to closure.  Source and shortlist suitable properties based on client requirements.  Coordinate property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and commercial discussions.  Negotiate rentals, lease terms, lock-in periods, escalation, security deposits, fit-out periods, and other commercial terms.  Coordinate with landlords, developers, legal teams, finance teams, and other stakeholders for smooth transaction execution. 4. Developer & Inventory Relationships  Develop and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, asset owners, and channel partners.  Source quality commercial inventory across key Delhi NCR micro-markets.  Support the acquisition of exclusive and preferred leasing mandates.  Maintain updated information on property availability, commercials, specifications, and occupancy.  Identify opportunities to improve the monetization of available inventory. 5. Team Coordination & Support  Guide and support junior leasing team members where required.  Assist in setting priorities and tracking business opportunities.  Share market knowledge, client insights, and transaction learnings with the team.  Support a performance-driven and closure-oriented working culture.  Coordinate internally to ensure timely execution of client requirements. 6. Market Intelligence  Track rental benchmarks, vacancy, upcoming supply, demand trends, and major leasing transactions.  Maintain knowledge of key commercial micro-markets across Delhi NCR.  Track competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.  Provide market insights to clients and internal leadership to support better commercial real estate decisions. 7. CRM, Pipeline & Reporting  Maintain accurate and timely records of leads, requirements, client interactions, property options, site visits, and transactions in the CRM.  Maintain an updated business pipeline and follow-up schedule.  Track conversion ratios, expected closures, and revenue forecasts.  Submit regular MIS and business updates to senior management. 8.



Networking & Market Representation  Represent the company professionally in client meetings, property visits, networking events, and industry forums.  Develop relationships with corporate decision-makers and relevant real estate stakeholders.  Identify referral, partnership, and business development opportunities.  Contribute to strengthening the company's presence in the corporate leasing market. Experience:
6–10 years in corporate/commercial real estate leasing, transaction advisory, or business development. 

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.  Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR commercial real estate market.  Existing relationships with corporate occupiers, developers, landlords, and other industry stakeholders will be preferred.  Proven experience in handling corporate leasing transactions from requirement generation through closure.  Experience in commercial negotiations and client relationship management.  Ability to independently manage multiple requirements and transactions.  Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
