Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Chomu, Rajasthan. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting hospitality and hotel clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and presenting tailored furniture solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, following up on inquiries, coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, and providing post-sales support. The Sales Executive will also gather market intelligence, participate in trade shows and industry events as required, and contribute to sales forecasts and reporting. Qualifications & Requirements
• Mandatory Furniture Industry

Experience:
The candidate must have a background in the furniture manufacturing, furniture sales, or furniture supply industry.
• Most Recent Employment: The candidate’s last/current job must be with a furniture industry company. Candidates whose most recent employment is in an unrelated industry will not be preferred.
• B2B Sales Expertise: Strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition,



account management, relationship building, and negotiation.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of furniture products, materials, finishes, specifications, pricing, and client requirements.
• Hospitality Sector

Experience:
Experience dealing with hotels, resorts, interior designers, architects, developers, or hospitality procurement teams will be an added advantage.
• Communication

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct professional client meetings and prepare effective sales proposals.
• Technical

Skills:
Basic proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Target-Oriented Approach: Proven ability to achieve sales targets, manage long sales cycles, convert leads into orders, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordination & Problem-Solving: Ability to coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant furniture industry experience will be given significant consideration.
• Export Knowledge: Understanding of international trade, export documentation, and international client handling will be an advantage.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of Hindi and English.
• Location & Travel: Must be willing to work on-site at RCD’s facility in Chomu, Rajasthan, and travel for client meetings and site visits as required. Documents Required for the InterviewCandidates must bring the following documents:
