• To take responsibility for m easuring excavation area and submit surface plan, geological plan, water danger plan to DGMS with respect to the Mines Project.
• To provide support on borehole, drafting maps and survey related work in Mines Project.
• To make the new project (Surbena Khajri and Damchuan Bauxite Mines Block) operational before due date.

• Regular survey of the CL areas to ensure exploration work is as per Scheme of Propecting.
• Overseeing implementations of SOPs in all aspects of operation under jurisdiction
• Cost
• Implementing budgets and a chieving cost saving without compromising delivery by driving continuous process improvement across area of operation
• Certifying work accurately to optimise cos
• Cash
• Improving profitability by optimum deployment of contractors
• Customer
• Collaborating with operations team and contractors to make mines free of top soil,



over burden and laterite and ready for e xcavation of bauxite as per mining plan
• Minimizing response time in providing information and solutions to all internal and external customers
• Sustainability
• Implementing all statutory compliance within timelines by submitting the following to the IBM & DMG on a quarterly basis:
• surface plan
• geological plan
• Exploration plan updation
• Implementing compliance of Integrated Management system and Energy Management System
• Overseeing valuable Housekeeping practices in area under jurisdiction
• Partnering in green initiatives
• Safety
• Implementing Safety standards to achieve zero harm through i mplementation of safety standards such as HIRA, 5S
• Monitoring implementation of safety related training
• People development and engagement
• Monitoring intake and deployment of physically fit and appropriately trained contractual workforce and ensuring their continuous training and wellbeing as per company guidelines.
• Monitoring implementation of contract management.
