Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Visa Consultant to manage visa application processes for clients traveling across various destinations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of visa requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle applications accurately while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end visa application processes for multiple countries.
• Guide customers regarding visa requirements, documentation, and eligibility.
• Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing agencies.
• Track applications and provide timely updates to clients.




• Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain proper records and ensure process adherence.
• Take ownership of cases and ensure timely completion of applications. Requirements
• Strong understanding of visa documentation and processing procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and online documentation systems. Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field.
• Experience working with travel agencies, visa consultants, or tour operators is an advantage.
