Role Description The Senior Supply Chain Analyst (Demand Planning & Replenishment) is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This role is responsible for forecasting demand for sneakers, streetwear, and related products, analyzing sales trends, and translating insights into accurate demand plans across categories and channels. The analyst will manage replenishment cycles, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with buying, merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock availability and minimal stock-outs or overstock. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing demand and inventory reports, refining forecasting models, aligning with cross-functional stakeholders on assortment and promotions, and recommending actions to improve service levels and reduce supply chain risks.



The role also contributes to continuous process improvements, supports system enhancements, and provides data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning skills, including forecasting, demand analysis, and scenario planning.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with merchandising, operations, and leadership teams.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, including replenishment, order management, and vendor coordination.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills, including monitoring stock levels, managing safety stock, and optimizing product availability.
• Relevant experience in retail, fashion, or consumer goods, especially in demand planning or supply chain analytics, is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; advanced certifications in supply chain or analytics are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, experience with ERP or inventory planning systems, and comfort working with large data sets are desirable.
