Role Description The Graduate Trainee role at LPCPS is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Lucknow Area. Graduate Trainees will support academic and administrative activities, including assisting faculty with course-related tasks, coordinating student-focused initiatives, and helping organize seminars, workshops, and events. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing learning materials, gathering and analyzing data for reports, maintaining documentation, and interacting with students and staff to support smooth operations. Trainees will receive guidance and mentoring,



participate in training sessions, and contribute to small projects that build professional skills and an understanding of institutional processes. Qualifications
• Completed or near completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline, preferably in education, management, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
• Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations) and comfort with digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, manage time, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to institutional requirements, and take initiative in academic and administrative activities.
• Attention to detail, qualified conduct, and a commitment to supporting a positive learning environment.
• Prior internship or project experience in an academic, administrative, or service-oriented setting is an advantage.
