Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Science Trainer based in Kochi. The Data Science Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs in data science, machine learning, and related tools and technologies, aligned with the institute’s curriculum. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions and labs, evaluating student performance through assignments and tests, and providing individualized guidance and feedback. The trainer will stay current with industry trends, update course content as needed, and collaborate with other trainers to maintain high training standards. Additional tasks may include supporting placement activities, participating in workshops or seminars, and contributing to the overall improvement of training methodologies. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong technical skills in data science,



including Python programming, data analysis, machine learning concepts, and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and visualization tools , n8n and AWS.
• Candidates should possess skills in statistics and mathematics relevant to data science, such as probability, hypothesis testing, regression, and basic linear algebra.
• Candidates should possess skills in database and data handling, including working with SQL or NoSQL databases, data cleaning, preprocessing, and handling large datasets.
• Candidates should possess instructional and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, conduct engaging classroom sessions, and provide constructive feedback to learners.
• Candidates should possess curriculum and content development skills, including designing course outlines, creating training materials, and developing practical projects and assessments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in data science or related domains, or substantial industry experience in data science, analytics, or AI.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students and colleagues, demonstrate patience and adaptability, and support both beginners and advanced learners.
• Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), cloud platforms, or AI/ML deployment will be considered an added advantage.
