Key Responsibilities
✅ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications. ✅ Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. ✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product, UI/UX, Engineering, QA, and external partners. ✅ Translate business needs into practical functional solutions. ✅ Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, production validation, and go-live readiness. ✅ Analyze customer journeys and business processes to identify improvement opportunities. ✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills ✔️ 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI, FinTech, or digital product organizations. ✔️ Robust understanding of digital products, customer journeys, and business processes. ✔️ Hands-on experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process mapping, and UAT documentation. ✔️ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ?
