An exceptional communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, you will carry out end-to-end recruitment activity across our various market-leading brands to ensure the business has the key talent it needs to compete and grow.

Key Responsibilities
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.

Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a qualified process.
• Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles to meet future hiring needs.
• Data and Metrics: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, including social media and industry events.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Implement strategies to increase diversity and ensure an inclusive hiring process. Recruitment
• Tools: Utilise our applicant tracking system (ATS), Pinpoint and other HR technologies to streamline the recruitment process.
