• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity):

• Health Cloud
• Insurance (preferred)
• Design customer journeys and digital processes using OmniStudio low-code capabilities.
• Strong understanding of:
• Salesforce Data Model




• Security Model
• Sharing Rules
• Permission Sets
• Profiles
• Hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Flows
• Platform Events
• REST APIs
• SOAP APIs
• Design scalable integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Experience with:
• Middleware platforms
• MuleSoft
• Azure Integration Services
• Informatica
• Boomi
• Understanding of Vlocity EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) concepts.
• Performance optimization of OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
