Role Description – CNC Sales & Business Development Professional This role is based in Coimbatore and focuses on developing business opportunities for CNC machine tools, industrial machinery, manufacturing solutions, and associated services.

Key responsibilities
include identifying prospective customers, generating qualified leads, conducting customer visits, understanding manufacturing requirements, presenting suitable technical and commercial solutions, negotiating business proposals, and achieving sales targets.



The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer engagement to order closure and coordination with internal teams for delivery, installation, commissioning, and after-sales support. The professional will maintain customer relationships, develop new markets, identify business opportunities, coordinate with service and technical teams, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in CNC machine tools, industrial equipment sales, manufacturing, or engineering services is advantageous.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, sales reporting, and CRM systems.
• Ability to understand manufacturing processes and industrial customer requirements.
