We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented HCM Implementation & Support Consultants to assist in implementing, configuring, and supporting our Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions for clients. 1. HCM Implementation
• Assist in implementing and configuring HCM modules, including Employee Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Payroll, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
• Understand client HR processes and assist in mapping their requirements to HCM functionalities.
• Support data migration, system configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Assist senior consultants in conducting product demonstrations and end-user training. 2. Application Support
• Provide functional support to clients using Focus HCM software.
• Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and support tickets.
• Monitor and follow up on reported issues to ensure timely resolution. 3. Testing & Documentation
• Perform functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document customer requirements, system configurations, and reported issues.
• Prepare user guides, implementation documents, and support reports. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HR processes such as attendance, leave management, payroll, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
• Positive analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Willingness to learn HCM software functionalities and business processes.
• Ability to interact with customers and work collaboratively with implementation and technical teams. Preferred Skills
• Basic understanding of HRMS/HCM applications.
• Knowledge of payroll concepts and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts would be an advantage.
• Exposure to software implementation, customer support, or functional testing.
