L2 Technical Support Engineer | VoIP & Networking Join our team as a L2 Technical Support Engineer, serving as the key escalation point for complex VoIP and networking issues. You'll troubleshoot SIP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, call quality, call routing, and platform-related challenges while working closely with customers and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Resolve advanced VoIP and network issues involving SIP, RTP, QoS, DTMF, and PCAP analysis.
• Analyze SIP traces, packet captures, and platform logs to identify root causes and drive resolutions.
• Support and mentor Tier 1 teams on advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on escalated technical cases.
• Ensure timely case management, customer communication, and SLA adherence. What We're Looking For: ✅ 2+ years of Technical Support, Network Engineering, or VoIP Support experience ✅ Robust knowledge of Layer 2/3 Networking, SIP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and VoIP technologies ✅ Experience with SIP traces, PCAP analysis, and call-flow troubleshooting ✅ CCNA, Network+, or equivalent networking expertise preferred ✅ Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset Ideal for professionals passionate about networking, VoIP technologies,
