This is a remote position. Shuru is an AI-native technology and engineering services company helping businesses solve complex product, data, and technology challenges. Role Overview We are looking for a senior ERP Data Migration Specialist to support a client migration from Quantum Control by Component Control to VistaSuite ERP. You will review and improve Oracle SQL/PLSQL extraction scripts, validate migration data, identify mapping or completeness issues, and support reconciliation after data is loaded into the new ERP.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL extraction scripts.
• Validate CSV and ERP migration outputs.
• Identify missing, duplicate, or incorrectly mapped data.
• Investigate source-to-target discrepancies.
• Support data across purchasing, inventory, production, logistics, repair, and disassembly.
• Ensure transaction relationships and traceability are maintained. Requirements Must-Have Skills




• Strong hands-on Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• ERP data migration, extraction, or reconciliation experience.
• Strong understanding of relational and transactional data.
• Ability to investigate complex data issues independently. Preferred Background
• Hands-on experience with Quantum Control by Component Control is highly preferred.
• Experience in aviation MRO, aerospace/component repair, or manufacturing ERP environments. Benefits
