Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Sales Associate will greet and engage customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles, products, and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, preparing quotations, coordinating vehicle deliveries, and ensuring accurate documentation. The Sales Associate will follow up with leads,



maintain relationships with existing customers, and support promotional activities and showroom events. Collaboration with the service, finance, and accessories teams is expected to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including lead follow-up, closing techniques, and basic understanding of retail sales processes.
• Candidates should possess communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and basic written documentation abilities.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
• Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an advantage.
• A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
