Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to support our day-to-day marketing activities, brand-building initiatives, and customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate should be interested in digital marketing, social media, market research, and travel. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, lead generation, content planning, and brand development while working closely with our marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Market Research: Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
* Social Media Marketing: Assist in planning content calendars, coordinating posts, and supporting engagement across Instagram and other social media platforms.
* Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns,



promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
* Content & Creatives: Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop social media posts, brochures, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.
* Lead Generation: Assist in generating potential customer leads through digital platforms, campaigns, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives.
* Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to improve lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and conversions.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, maintain marketing reports, and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
* Influencer & Brand Collaborations: Assist in identifying influencers, coordinating collaborations, and executing promotional partnerships.
* Brainstorming & Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, offers, customer engagement, and brand positioning.
* Marketing Operations: Support daily marketing tasks, maintain organized records, and ensure timely execution of assigned activities. Required Qualifications & Skills
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Media, Communications,



or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Interest in digital marketing, social media, branding, and content creation.
* Basic understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
* Familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms.
* Working knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
* Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
* Good research, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
