About the Role
We are looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan and execute campaigns that generate relevant leads and support business growth. The candidate should be comfortable working with paid advertising, audience targeting, campaign optimisation and performance reporting, with a explicit understanding of how marketing activity contributes to business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, as relevant to business objectives.
• Identify target audiences, develop campaign strategies and test different ad creatives and messaging.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding, targeting and conversion optimisation.
• Build and optimise landing pages, lead forms and conversion journeys.
• Track leads, cost per lead, conversion rates and campaign return on investment.
• Set up and monitor tracking using tools such as Google Analytics 4,



Google Tag Manager and advertising pixels.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data.
• Coordinate with content, design and sales teams to improve lead quality and follow-up.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations. Required Skills and Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or LinkedIn and Meta advertising.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, audience segmentation and remarketing.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, spreadsheets and campaign reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking, budget management and experimentation skills.
• Ability to connect marketing metrics with business outcomes.
