Hiring: VP -Enterprise System Management – SIEM & Security MonitoringCTC: ₹60+ LPA+ | Splunk SIEM | Google SecOps | US EST Shift We are looking for a technically robust Enterprise System Management Manager with hands-on expertise in Splunk, SIEM platforms and Google Security Operations (Google SecOps) to lead enterprise security monitoring, threat detection and defense. This role offers a CTC above ₹60 lakhs per annum and requires flexibility to work in the US EST shift (6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST).

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the engineering, implementation and optimization of Splunk SIEM and Google SecOps solutions.
• Drive security monitoring, log aggregation, threat detection and incident visibility across enterprise infrastructure.
• Define SIEM architecture, platform roadmaps, monitoring standards and security technology improvements.
• Integrate system and network telemetry using syslog, SNMP and related monitoring protocols.
• Lead technical projects, mentor engineers and collaborate with senior stakeholders on security initiatives. Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise Security / SIEM.




• Experience with Google SecOps (formerly Chronicle) and security operations platforms.
• Expertise in log ingestion, parsing, correlation searches, detection rules, dashboards and SIEM optimization.
• Strong understanding of security monitoring, threat detection, networking and information security principles.
• Working knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix environments and scripting or automation.
• Proven technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline. Work Details
