Role Description: We're looking for an organised, proactive Configuration Audit Specialist with around 3 years of experience to lead configuration compliance monitoring across our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will review and audit configuration baselines, identify drifts or non-compliance issues, and actively coordinate with technical teams (systems, networking, and security) to ensure timely remediation and updates.

Key Responsibilities
• Configuration Auditing: Conduct regular audits of IT infrastructure configurations against established security and baseline standards.




• Tracking & Follow-up: Continuously track non-compliant items, deviations, and configuration drift; perform regular follow-ups with technical teams to ensure timely resolution and updates.
• Technical Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly with Server Administration, Network Engineering, and Information Security teams to streamline fix deployments.
• Reporting & Escalation: Prepare concise compliance reports, dashboard metrics, and status updates for management; escalate overdue remediation items appropriately.
• Process Improvement: Assist in refining audit checklists, baseline policies, and tracking workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications &

Skills:

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT compliance, configuration management, vulnerability/audit tracking, or systems administration.
• Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of:
• Operating Systems & Servers (Windows Server, Linux, etc.).
• Network Devices (Routers, Switches, etc.).
• Security Appliances / Solutions (Firewalls, Proxy, etc.).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and present status reports.
• Attributes: Solid organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a persistent, proactive approach to driving tasks to completion.
