Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of electrical and MEP projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, resources, and budgets; coordinating with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors; and monitoring progress through site visits and status reviews. The role involves handling procurement follow-ups and expediting, resolving logistical and operational issues, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements,



and conducting inspections and quality checks. The Project Manager will also prepare reports and documentation, identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery. Qualifications
• Project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Expediting and coordination skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting, to manage procurement, vendor follow-up, and timely delivery of materials.
• Inspection and quality assurance skills, including Inspection, to oversee site activities, verify workmanship, and ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
• Logistics Management skills to plan and control material movement, resource allocation, and in office coordination across multiple locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or a related technical field; relevant professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
• Proven experience managing MEP or electrical projects, preferably in industrial, commercial, data center, banking, pharma, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and contracts, and to use project management and MS Office tools efficiently.
