Role Overview We are inviting applications from individuals passionate about working with neurodiverse children. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct 1:1 session with children at home
• Implement therapy programs designed by our Clinical Head/BCBA
• Collect session data and support documentation
• Participate in structured training and observation
• Collaborate with caregivers and the team for holistic support What You’ll Receive




• Structured onboarding process including observation and hands-on training
• Ongoing mentorship from senior therapists and BCBA

• Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related field
• Freshers welcome – full fledge training provided
• Prior exposure to ABA is an added advantage
• Must be compassionate, committed, and eager to learn Compensation
• ₹15,000/month (until probation period of 3 months)
• Travel reimbursement provided for home sessions
• Compensation growth based on performance and caseload
