Purchase Executive – Modular Interior Industry

2–6 Years CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Working Days: 5 Days Working Job Summary We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in the modular interior/interior industry to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and timely availability of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for modular/interior projects.
* Source and procure materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, fittings, accessories, and other interior materials.
* Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
* Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
* Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Coordinate with project, design, production, and warehouse teams for material requirements.
* Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements for procurement decisions.




* Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.
* Monitor material quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
* Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.
* Maintain effective vendor relationships and support cost optimization. Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
* Experience in Modular Interior / Interior Industry is mandatory.
* Good knowledge of interior materials, hardware, fittings, and accessories.
* Robust vendor management and negotiation skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet project timelines.
