About the Role
Webtechnomind IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Google Ads & PPC Specialist with advanced expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple client accounts, optimizing advertising budgets, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize advanced Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent analysis, and negative keyword optimization.
• Implement advanced bidding strategies such as Target CPA, Target ROAS, and Maximize Conversions.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversion rates, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Implement enhanced conversions, call tracking, and offline conversion tracking where applicable.
• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign data, identify budget wastage, and develop strategies to improve performance and scale successful campaigns.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels in collaboration with design and development teams.
• Prepare performance reports, provide actionable insights, and communicate campaign results to clients.




• Manage multiple campaigns and advertising budgets across different industries and target markets. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and advanced PPC management.
• Robust expertise in campaign strategy, keyword targeting, audience segmentation, remarketing, and budget optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, attribution, and performance analytics.
• Experience managing lead-generation and eCommerce campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, Quality Score, and ROAS.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets/Excel, and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and client management skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Google Ads certifications.
• Experience managing international campaigns targeting the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, eCommerce, and service-based businesses.
• Knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Ads, and CRM integrations.
• Proven experience scaling campaigns while maintaining target CPL, CPA, or ROAS. Candidate PreferenceCandidates currently based in Kolkata, West Bengal, are preferred. Applicants must be comfortable working on-site.
