Location:
Vaishali Industry: Freight Forwarding Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Export Pricing to join our Freight Forwarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing competitive export pricing strategies, managing carrier and vendor relationships, preparing quotations, and supporting business growth through effective pricing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage export freight quotations for Ocean and Multimodal shipments.
• Negotiate rates and service contracts with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, transporters, and overseas agents.
• Maintain and update carrier tariffs, buying rates, and customer-specific pricing agreements.
• Analyze market trends, freight rates, surcharges, and competitor pricing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Overseas Offices to provide timely pricing solutions.
• Support RFQs, tenders, and large-volume pricing requests.
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Monitor shipment profitability and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Maintain pricing databases and ensure accuracy of rate information.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, vendors, and global partners. Required

Qualifications:




• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain with a focus on Export Pricing.
• Experience in Ocean Freight and Air Freight pricing.
• Strong understanding of international trade, Incoterms, export documentation, and freight forwarding operations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and freight management systems. Preferred

Skills:
• Solid analytical and commercial acumen.
• Knowledge of carrier contracts and global trade lanes.
• Experience handling RFQs and key account pricing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Team management experience preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Quote turnaround time.
• Gross profit margin achievement.
• RFQ/tender win ratio.
• Rate accuracy and compliance.
• Carrier and vendor relationship management.
