Role Description The Project Coordinator role at The 10X Agency is a full-time, in office position based in Kanpur. This role involves coordinating daily project activities, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met for digital marketing and website development initiatives. The Project Coordinator will communicate with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and clarify expectations, while also collaborating with internal teams such as designers, developers, and marketing specialists. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress against plans, identifying risks or delays, and supporting the smooth execution of campaigns and web projects. The role also requires assisting with resource scheduling, preparing status reports, and contributing to process improvements for more efficient project delivery. Qualifications
• Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and maintaining documentation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams,



and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and website development workflows, or willingness to learn.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, online communication platforms).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and support timely resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role in a digital or tech environment is an advantage.
• Comfort working in an on-site team environment in Kanpur, with a professional and inclusive work ethic.
