Role Description This full-time, on-site F&B; Associate role is based in Guwahati and focuses on delivering a high standard of food and beverage service to guests. Daily responsibilities include welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and drinks in a courteous and timely manner. The F&B; Associate supports the setup and breakdown of restaurant and bar areas, maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensures tables, service stations, and equipment are properly prepared. The role involves coordinating with kitchen and bar teams,



handling guest queries or concerns professionally, and following safety and quality guidelines at all times. The F&B; Associate may also assist with banquets, events, and promotional activities as needed. Qualifications
• Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, including order taking, serving, and basic menu knowledge.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Foundational Culinary Skills, such as understanding of food preparation basics and presentation standards.
• Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or similar hospitality environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a quick-paced setting.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices in food and beverage operations.
• Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a professional, guest-focused demeanor.
