Requirements:
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with CSM.
• Positive knowledge and hands-on experience with Agent Workspace.
• Proficient in CDMB and data loads.
• Excellent scripting skills with well awareness of best practices.
• Should have knowledge of SLA's
• Should have hands-on experience with Flow Designer
• Knowledge of the latest version of ServiceNow and its capabilities
• Knowledge on Gen AI capabilities Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Providing technical solutions for the requirements.
• Work on the production issues for the fixes.
• Debug issues related to performance and, provide fixes to those.
• Coordinate with the PO for the deliverables and prioritization of the tasks.




• Prepare the runbook for the releases and coordinate during the release.
• Mentoring the team to upscale them and provide help on need basis.
• Ensuring timely deliverables
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet organizational needs
• Provide expertise in the customization and configuration of ServiceNow, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
