Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound enquiries from Google Ads, Meta Ads, website, calls, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Contact, qualify, and validate leads based on business requirements, budget, and purchase timelines.
• Handle incoming calls and follow up on pending enquiries and missed calls.
• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily MIS reports.
• Track lead status and coordinate with the sales team. Required

Skills:
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Experience in B2B lead qualification, preferably in IT/ERP/SaaS.
• Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and lead management.
