Role Description The Nutraceutical Formulation & R&D; Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The consultant will design and optimize nutraceutical formulations, including selecting appropriate active ingredients, excipients, and delivery systems aligned with regulatory and quality standards. Daily tasks include conducting literature reviews, supporting experimental design, interpreting analytical data, and preparing technical documentation and reports. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine product concepts, support scale-up and stability assessments, and advise on regulatory and market considerations.



The consultant will also communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance on product feasibility, safety, and efficacy. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D;) and Research skills, including experimental design, data interpretation, and literature review.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for evaluating formulations, understanding lab results, and solving technical problems.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Communication skills to provide clear recommendations, prepare reports, and engage with stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Pharmacy, Food Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical formulation, along with knowledge of regulatory guidelines and quality standards, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
