Chennai (Work From Office) Shift Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM (US Shift) Job Brief We are looking for a Key Account Sales Specialist (Customer Growth Specialist) to build long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The role involves managing a portfolio of assigned clients, developing current business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent support and communication. Responsibilities
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify areas for growth and improvement to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g.,



quarterly sales results, annual forecasts)
• Prepare regular reports on account status
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Requirements and Skills
• 1
- 5 years Experience as a Key Account Management, Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-level executives
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs
• Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously with attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
