Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operation Executive role based in Tirupati. The Operation Executive is responsible for coordinating day-to-day pest control service operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking service delivery to ensure adherence to company standards. The role involves monitoring job completion, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting technicians with operational guidance and compliance to safety protocols. The Operation Executive will work closely with the sales and service teams to address customer requirements, resolve operational issues,



and improve service efficiency. The role also includes preparing operational reports, supporting process improvements, and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction in line with Rentokil PCI’s service quality. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid operational and coordination skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and workflow management.
• Candidates should possess skills in documentation, reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and service metrics.
• Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams in a clear, professional manner.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle daily operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of safety practices and compliance standards, preferably within field services or facility management.
• Beneficial qualifications include experience in operations or service management, familiarity with pest control or related industries, and proficiency in MS Office or similar digital tools.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Tirupati and collaborate with diverse teams.
