? Remote | Part time Internship About Stroffe Stroffe helps brands grow through organic community engagement. We are building a community team to scale this work. The role You will build and lead a team of contributors who publish assigned content on community platforms on schedule. You are the point of contact between Stroffe and your team. Important: You bring your own team. Stroffe does not provide members. You recruit at least 25 people from your network, college, or communities. What you will do
- Recruit a team of 25+ members on your own
- Make sure each member manages 2 accounts on 2 devices, one laptop and one phone
- Share the team list with us and keep it updated
- Track task completion and replace members who drop off
- Keep the team posting on time How the work runs 1. Task emails arrive with the community, title, and description 2. Members publish the post 3. They reply to the task email with the post link Who fits
- Has a network to recruit 25+ people from
- Comfortable with social platforms and email
- Reliable, organised, good at follow-ups
- Campus club, community, or team lead experience is a plus Stipend: Up to 10K/month Each community member is paid separately
