Job Description
Manufacturing & Quality (DTS) consultant – S/4HANA Discovery
• Lead Manufacturing and Quality discovery workshops across plant operations.
• Assess MTS, MTO, production planning and execution processes.
• Evaluate shop floor, batch, serial and equipment traceability requirements.
• Analyze quality inspections, batch release, NC and CAPA processes.
• Review integrations with MES, LIMS, PLM and labeling systems.
• Identify regulatory and compliance requirements in Life Sciences environments.
• Document process gaps,



plant-specific requirements and risks.
• Define future-state Manufacturing and Quality solution design.
• Support implementation planning, estimates and deployment strategy.
• 8 years SAP PP/QM experience with Life Sciences manufacturing expertise.
