Job description
- We are looking for a candidate to join logistics department who will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound material movement, finished goods dispatch, transportation, and delivery coordination. Ensures timely and cost-effective delivery of UPS systems (product) and spare parts, manages logistics vendors, monitors freight costs, maintains dispatch documentation, and coordinates with Production, Stores, Purchase, Sales, and Service teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound materials, finished goods dispatch, and transportation.
• Plan and coordinate timely delivery of UPS systems, spare parts, and accessories to customers.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores,



Production, Sales, and Service teams to ensure smooth material movement.
• Manage transportation vendors, freight forwarders, and courier partners to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper packaging, handling, loading, and transportation of UPS systems and sensitive electrical components.
• Monitor logistics costs, freight charges, vehicle utilisation, and transportation efficiency.
• Ensure accurate dispatch documentation, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transport documents, as applicable.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, transit damage, shortages, and delivery-related issues.
• Monitor inventory movement, material receipts, dispatch schedules, and logistics-related MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable transportation regulations, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Negotiate with logistics vendors, evaluate their performance, and maintain effective service-level agreements.
• Responsible for handling insurance related matters if products are damaged during transit
• Implement process improvements to reduce logistics costs, improve delivery performance, and enhance operational efficiency. Qualification: Graduate

Experience:
10+years in logistics preferably in electrical equipment, electronics, or industrial manufacturing. Job
