Role Description The B2B Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for driving business growth through corporate, travel agency, and institutional partnerships. This role involves identifying and developing new B2B opportunities, negotiating contracts and rate agreements, and managing key accounts to maximize revenue across Aaryam properties. The B2B Manager will oversee sales operations related to corporate bookings, group stays, and long-term partnerships, ensuring high service standards and consistent communication with stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include business planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and collaboration with operations and marketing teams to design tailored offers and experiences for B2B clients. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills for market research, sales performance analysis, and forecasting.
• Experience in Business Planning, including strategy development,



pipeline management, and revenue optimization.
• Excellent Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Customer Service skills to manage B2B client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Hands-on experience in Sales Operations, including CRM usage, reporting, and managing corporate and group bookings.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or related service industries.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, travel to partner locations when required, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills, with a results-oriented and ethical approach.
