Role Overview We are looking for a highly intelligent, analytical, and research-oriented Technical Content Writer with prior experience creating technical content for the construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related industries. The candidate must be capable of developing a complete website page from a single topic or keyword, independently conducting research, understanding technical concepts, and presenting complex information in a clear, structured, and engaging manner. We need someone who can think critically, understand industry-specific terminology, identify business challenges, and translate technical information into meaningful content for business audiences. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional research skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities
• Technical Website Content: Independently research, plan, and write complete website pages, including service pages, industry pages, solution pages, landing pages, and technical articles.
• Industry-Specific Writing: Create well-researched content related to construction, real estate, infrastructure, engineering, and associated business processes.




• Technical Research: Understand complex technical subjects, industry workflows, software solutions, and business requirements before developing content.
• Independent Content Development: Transform a single topic or keyword into a comprehensive page with logical structure, relevant sections, practical examples, and clear messaging.
• Critical Thinking and Analysis: Evaluate information, identify knowledge gaps, connect technical concepts with real-world business challenges, and develop content that adds genuine value.
• Competitor and Market Research: Study industry publications, company websites, technical documentation, and market trends to develop accurate and differentiated content.
• Business-Focused Communication: Explain complex technical concepts in a simple, professional, and convincing manner for decision-makers, business owners, and industry professionals.
• Content Planning: Determine the appropriate page structure, headings, supporting topics, FAQs, and calls to action based on the subject and intended audience.
• Accuracy and Quality Control: Verify technical information, maintain consistency in terminology, ensure originality, and review content for clarity and factual correctness.
• Collaboration: Work with management, subject-matter experts,



and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective content. Required Skills and Qualifications
• 4–5 years of experience in technical content writing, preferably in construction, real estate, infrastructure, engineering, or B2B technology.
• Proven experience writing technical website pages, industry-specific articles, service descriptions, and solution-focused content.
• Strong understanding of construction and real estate terminology, processes, and business challenges.
• Excellent research, analytical reasoning, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to understand complex technical information and communicate it clearly to different audiences.
• Exceptional written English, grammar, editing, and content structuring skills.
• Ability to independently develop complete website pages from a brief topic or keyword.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed content decisions without constant supervision.
• Ability to distinguish reliable technical information from assumptions and generic, AI-generated content.
• Familiarity with technical documentation, industry research, and AI-assisted writing tools is an advantage.
• Must be based in Mumbai and comfortable working full-time from the office.
