• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, existing customers, and property owners.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding projects, property details, booking procedures, payment schedules, documentation, and possession.
• Receive, record, track, and resolve customer complaints in coordination with the concerned departments.
• Coordinate with the finance department regarding payment status, outstanding dues, receipts, and payment-related queries.
• Liaise with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM software,



track pending issues, and prepare periodic customer service reports.
• Provide continued assistance to customers after booking, including updates on project progress, handover, and maintenance-related concerns. Required

Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Additional certification in Customer Relationship Management or Customer Service is an advantage.
• Experience in malls/ retail / real estate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail in maintaining customer records and documentation.
