We’re Hiring a B2B Cold Calling Executive (Only for Udaipur-based candidates) Do you enjoy talking to people, stay calm when someone says “no”, and feel a rush when a business owner says “okay, let’s meet”? Then we want to talk to you. Upturnly is a B2B lead generation company. As a Cold Calling Executive, you’ll generate leads for Upturnly’s own services by calling business owners and decision makers across India and booking meetings that turn into new clients for us. What you’ll do:
• Make outbound calls to businesses within India only (no international calling)
• Explain Upturnly’s services clearly and confidently
• Handle objections and book qualified meetings for our team
• Follow up with interested leads on calls and WhatsApp
• Keep call notes and lead status updated in the CRM or Google Sheets What we’re looking for:
• Good communication in Hindi and English
• 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, cold calling or inside sales (freshers with solid communication skills are welcome)




• Confidence, patience and a positive attitude. Rejection is part of the game.
• Target-driven mindset with the hunger to grow
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and smartphones What you get:
