Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Explain courses, admission procedures, and program details clearly.
• Follow up consistently with leads and support the enrolment process.
• Handle student and parent queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead and admission records.




• Work towards individual and team admission targets.
• Provide regular updates on lead and admission progress. ? What We’re Looking For
• Strong Tamil communication skills — mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, patient, and persuasive communication style.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp Web, email, and basic CRM tools. ⭐ Preferred Experience Experience in admissions counselling, education sales, telesales, customer service, or lead handling will be an added advantage. ?
