Role Description The Articled Assistant will support tax advisory and litigation assignments by assisting in research, drafting, and analysis across direct tax, international tax FEMA, and related regulatory matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing briefs and documentation for tax assessments and appeals, supporting representation before tax authorities and appellate forums, and contributing to tax opinions and technical research. The role involves working on transaction structuring,



tax due diligence and business restructuring projects under the direct guidance of senior team members. The Articled Assistant will also help maintain case files, update internal knowledge repositories, and collaborate on client deliverables in a professional and detail-oriented manner. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. Qualifications
