Role Description: I'm Building My Core Partnerships & Events Team at Hackingly. Not looking for people who just want to add another experience to their résumé. I'm looking for people who want to build something meaningful, work on ambitious projects, and grow alongside me. Over the coming months, I'll be working across business development, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, college outreach, and large-scale events at Hackingly.



And I want a team that works with me through the entire journey — from the first cold outreach to closing a partnership, from the first event conversation to seeing everything come alive on the ground. What will you get to work on?
• Building strategic partnerships with brands, startups, colleges, and communities.
• Business development, sponsorship acquisition, and relationship management.
• Finding opportunities, initiating conversations, and turning them into real collaborations.
• Planning and executing events, hackathons, and entrepreneurial experiences.
• Taking ownership of projects and seeing your work translate into actual outcomes. Whom am I looking for? People who are proactive, resourceful, ambitious, and comfortable taking initiative. You don't need to know everything already. But you should be willing to learn, communicate confidently, follow through on commitments, and take ownership instead of waiting for instructions. If you can open doors, build genuine relationships, think on your feet, and get things done, I'd love to meet you.
