About the Role
We are looking for a QA Lead to drive end-to-end testing activities for digital lending and enterprise applications. The role involves test planning, test execution management, defect governance, release readiness, stakeholder coordination, and mentoring junior QA members.

Experience:
5–6 years

Key Responsibilities
• Define and manage test strategy, test plans, test schedules, and release readiness.
• Review business requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Lead test case preparation, test execution, regression testing, and defect management.
• Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure.
• Publish daily/weekly QA dashboards, progress reports, risks, and defect trends.
• Coordinate with Business,



Product, Technology, and Project teams.
• Support UAT, release sign-offs, and production readiness activities.
• Mentor and guide QA team members and enforce testing best practices. Key Competencies:
• Robust experience in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Experience with web and mobile application/platform testing.
• Strong defect tracking and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in BFSI/NBFC Mortgage domain preferred.
