• Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments, including Client Servicing, Operations, Creative, Production, Business Development, and Support Functions.
• Actively source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant recruitment portals.
• Strong understanding of searches, keyword-based sourcing, database mining, and headhunting.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with department heads, and manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
• Build and maintain a solid candidate database for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies and regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates.
• Manage joining formalities, onboarding coordination, and basic HR documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and share regular hiring updates with management.
• Manage Payroll processing at the end of the month and download the attendance from the App
